Welcome to my site! I knew I loved reading at an early age, thanks to my mom, who bought the Harry Potter books for herself and ended up pawning them off to me. Hermione
Many voices from the Trojan War have been heard before, but Hermione of Sparta has often been left out or misrepresented. (I'm looking at you, Euripides.) Hermione was left by her mother, Helen of Troy when she was only nine years old, and my new retelling of her story covers her life before, during, and after the war that changed her life.
This story has the grandeur of Greek mythology, fate, love, tragedy, complicated family dynamics, and so much more. My retelling is for the girls struggling to hone the fire in them, for those who have complicated relationships with their mothers, the ones who love stories so old they are collecting dust and lastly, this book is for the hopeless romantics.
This is the story of my heart, and I can't wait to share it with you guys one day.

Aerope
Aerope is the kind of story I never thought I'd try to write. She is a character that has not often been tackled in Greek mythology. Aerope of Crete is Hermione of Sparta’s grandmother. She's mostly famous for being devilishly ambitious and being caught in an affair between her husband, Atreus, and his twin brother. Aerope is fiercely intelligent, shrewd, and ambitious, and in my retelling of her life, we get a look at where the members of the House of Atreus get their fire.
